Testing the level of service
A high level of service is convenient, just in case. So we sent an email to some of the bingo rooms, to test their speed and accuracy. The email was sent just before 6 AM CET on a weekday. Here are the results.
Did I get my question answered properly? How long did it take?
- PartyBingo: Yes, indeed. 19 minutes.
- Ladbrokes Bingo: Yes. 50 minutes.
- MariaBingo: Yes. 4 hours 30 minutes.
- BingoLiner: Yes, indeed. 10 hours 30 minutes.
Some of the rooms not mentioned did not reply at all, and some of them had outsourced their customer service, which in most cases meant a poor reply.
But the rooms mentioned above were typically fast and reliable, with a few exceptions.
